OC Bus is a public transportation app developed by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) that provides the public with information about the county's public transportation services, including the OC Bus, OC Light Rail, OC Suburban, and the CTC. It is an application that can be downloaded onto a mobile device or tablet, and used to make travel by bus, light rail, and the subbus in Orange County more convenient. The application is intended for use by the public, and is free to download and use.
To use OC Bus, first, you need to register your device by entering your phone number. Next, select the service you wish to use, and the route you wish to travel on. You will then be able to select the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
OC Bus allows you to purchase and activate your tickets on your smartphone. Once you have purchased your tickets, you will be able to view your current bus and light rail routes, and find out the exact time of the next bus or light rail departure.
You can also use OC Bus to purchase a day pass or a 30-day pass.
